I just received a Save the Date from a friend and bride that I did engagement photos last summer and felt the need to blog about it.

I loved it! Here it is:

Simple and creative.

She said they had looked into a couple printing places and the cost was astounding so she did them herself and just got them printed and they look fabulous. She is also considering doing them for other brides and grooms out there, so if interested, let me know and I will get you in contact with her.

This was a very special wedding for me. I've gotten to know Melissa, Sean and their sweet son Max the last couple months through photography. They are one incredible, sincere, and truly genuine family. It was such a gorgeous wedding and I'm thankful to have captured it through my lens. (I was following Melissa mostly, so sorry Sean, there will be more of you and your boys with the rest of the photos. Thanks Alicia for covering the guys!)

This was a very special wedding to me. I felt like I was shooting family. I shot Lauren's sister's wedding Lynsey last summer and got to know them a little then. They are such lovely people with kind kind hearts. Great to see you all again!

Lauren and Grant, I had a hard time editing down these images. There are just so many and I haven't even gotten to Mandy's (so unfortunately the guys are a bit vacant, because I was with the beautiful bride.) Lauren, you are so beautiful fun and too dang cute! I know you two will live long happy lives together. Congrats you two love birds!

Saturday I got to shoot the wedding of Josh and Shellan on beautiful Seeley Lake. It was such a gorgeous wedding and meant a lot to me because Josh's sister is one of my great friends from college. Josh and Shellan's love for one another is so apparent and I hope you can see that love in these photos.

Last night Mandy and I shot Sarah and Troy's wedding at Stillwater Landing. The weather was looking threatening all day until right before the ceremony began and it got sunny and beautiful! It was fate! Thanks you two, you're a very wonderful couple and I wish you all the blessings in the world. Beautiful wedding!

So to quote Mandy's saying what follows is: "sexy time photos with the bride and groom". When we saw this amazing 1950's Chevrolet truck at the reception, we knew we must steal the bride and groom away for some sexy time photos with this classic truck. Thanks so much to the owner of the truck and Shareen and Matt for being so beautiful and sexy! :)

Weddings are wonderful things. I second shot for Mandy on this one, and really fell in love with the sweet couple and their families. There was a lot of love and creativity involved in this day. Thanks Shareen and Matt, I wish you love and happiness in your future togehter and am excited you will be moving back to the valley! Your love for one another and others is an inspiration.

This is one of my favorite candids from Janessa and Brian's wedding that I forgot to post. These ladies are sisters and they were posing for their mom and dad. I just find it so tender.

Last night I shot the most lovely, touching and heartfelt wedding. A good group of Oklahoma folk who came out to Montana to get married. Janessa and Brian and their family and a few friends were so welcoming and wonderful. I left feeling totally happy and so full of life.

Yesterday I got to 2nd shoot the beautiful wedding of Kristin and Derek. They were going to have it on a boat on Flathead Lake but last minute had to change their plans... but I think it was well worth it with their new location.

Thanks so much D+K, you are an amazing couple with amazing family and friends. Blessings to a long happy life as man and wife! (Check out Mandy's photos to see more, I know she'll have some fantastic ones!)

Last night was another first. I got to witness the marriage of Tom and Lisa. It was fabulous. L+T live in Ohio but wanted to come to Motnana for their wedding/honeymoon. So just the two of them came to spend a week, get marrried, site see, and celebrate their love. They will have a party when they get home. A great way to do it I must say!

We decided to head into Glacier Park and get some pictures and sign the papers. Thanks so much L+T, I really really enjoyed my time with you guys and think you are a brilliant couple! (and hope to maybe one day see you two living here! :)

I had the priveledge to shoot their STUNNING wedding with the help of my co-shooter Mandy. With about 3000+ images to edit down from the two of us, these are a few of my favorites that I shot. In the detail shots, I used some of Mandy's. Tanya Gersh of Affair Excellence spent months planning the big day, and wow, did she do a great job.

Thanks Lauren and Brittan! You both are such wonderful people and your wedding was stunning.(So much so that I can't edit down! :)Lauren, you are a true beauty who should grace covers of magazines! And Brittan, your laugh and happiness is contagious. I know you two will live a long, happy, and fun life together.
